The composition is really nice and the colors look good. You got a lot of dynamic range here. There is good detail on both sides of the face and the lighting creates a lot of drama.

The right eye seems a little soft. If it is really sharp, perhaps you can accentuate this with the sharpen tool?

Even if the focus is a little soft, this is a keeper.
