oh a password-capable iPhone UI will be perfect! in fact the only photos i want to see on the iPhone are all password protected!

Log in to Smugmug via iPhone.
Im still waiting for this feature. I love the iphone capable smugmug site, but in all honesty, its usless without the ability to login to my site so i can actually see my galleries. Most all of mine are protected or hidden...
If we can't get a login, can we at least have the ability to browse to the exact link with the hidden galleries and see it with the iphone optimization?

I was wondering the same thing....We are wanting to use a unlisted/password protected album for our University President to review photos but can't figure out how to do this with the iphone.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Chris

There isn't an email address associated with the album protection...just the password...how would we log in with just a password?

Owners can login at the present time, and see password protected galleries. But not visitors.

Thanks. This feature would be a great help to us...and for the President of major University to be able to use this should be enough to help push to get it implemented.
Thanks again,
Chris

If implementing support for password protected galleries happens I would really like to see an iphone opt-out feature come with it since password protection is the only thing that keeps galleries off the iphone interface without breaking navigation on my "real" site.

Why is Smug only supporting the iPhone and not other mobile devices?:scratch
Noticed that on a pocketPC the categories are not links, kinda useless with
just a list. :cry
The login screen has no space for submit button under text input boxes.
Switched to regular browser view and in the big black space under the input
boxes the buttons are hidden, but clicking around found them.
Did view photos in PW'ed galleries so that works great.:thumb
All the photos can be viewed using the iPhone link but in a non-iPhone
view the thumbnails only show the spacer gif if right click protection
is on.
Also the main menu visited links are barely visible.

I suspect we'll get there one day, Allen. But we have sooo many things on the plate.

I am a little confused. When I tried to access my site with the iPhone, I can see some random (very random) order of galleries when I click on Galleries, even the password protected ones (after I log in). However, when I click on Categories and navigate to the galleries that are password protected, they no longer show up! is this normal? The random listing of galleries make it impossible to find the one I want, and the cat/subcat approach isn't listing the password protected galleries?

EDIT: No, it's not normal and we'll look into it.

Thanks Andy. I always prefer the support provided here over the official channel for some reasons... =) Enjoy the community atmosphere.
