cart viewer + smugmug icon removal

Sorry, I promised myself not to ask but to read.
Well, I was doing pretty good up until the smugmug icon and cart viewer
appeared back on this page http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/3587630/1/203842535#203842535
How do I remove this upper line?:dunno :dunno :dunno :dunno
the other pages are fine, though

oddly enough I can't find out WHY?
Any tips?

Did you notice that the url you grabbed for that gallery is a smugmug url as opposed to one containing your nickname?

Your banner and navbar are missing - and I'm sure that you had both, right? Any chance that appearance is set to smugmug or hide owner is checked for that gallery?

Hide owner was checked, I changed it but it doesn't help at all

Ok, here is the question. When someone clicks on view cart, it brings them to something like secure.smugmug.com. Is there a way to get my banner on the checkout pages?

There is no customization to the cart pages. They've said in the past maybe
allow some in the future.
