I've been a member of SmugMug for a while but just found this area yesterday.

Just so I understand, Colorful or Mono must be shot todayor after? So if I have the perfect shot to enter that was taken over the weekend... too bad?

Also, how many entries per person?

Too bad is correct.... The image must have been captured within the two week period of the round, which began at 12:01 this morning, going until one minute past midnight of the 28th/29th.
