Most inexpensive Shipping Method

I have a photo book that I sell online. I am trying the find the most economical shipping method so I can save $$ and charge my customers less. I read somewhere about media mail. Does anybody know how you ship with this method?

Any help with this is much appreciated. Shipping is killing my margins.:thumb

media mail is available through the us postal service. it's supposed to be used only for forms of media; i.e. books, cds, video tapes, etc. it's not supposed to be used for regular mail or products. it's less expensive than first class or priority mail. however they typically will say that it takes longer to get to the final destination.

What about flat rate Priority Mail envelopes (http://www.usps.com/shipping/flatrate.htm?from=priority&page=flatrate)? I'm not sure how big your book is, but it may work if media mail doesn't
