Individual Gallery Customization??

I hope this is a simple question, but the answer is completely alluding me. How can I customize my individual galleries? The only gallery on my site that is allowing me to do this is my Featured Gallery, complete with a Customize link below the gallery thumbnail. None of my other galleries have this link, and it's making me a bit nuts. :scratch My site is nansee.smugmug.com .
