I think the order is XX, WW.

Reason: Young lady with the black top, has pulled back her hair in the 2nd pic (WW) to better see what's on the table.

Reason - in (ww) the girls are in sh*t for trying to steal/smuggle that camera. They're expressions show worry and fear, maybe regret.
In (xx) they just told the policeman they actually wanted to use the camera for 'exotic-erotic' photography *with* the officer, which makes the girls giggle and the policeman embarassedly look at the camera....

Fun game! The actual reason I'm posting here though - can you introduce me to girl-on-the-right? ;)
