Viewer Controlled Styles not working

Hello,

I am having a problem with my gallery's when I have them set to "Viewer Controlled" in the control panel. When you are looking at a gallery you have no option to change the viewing style. From Smummug small or All thumbs etc....

For example I have this gallery set to viewer controlled and when you have no control to change the style http://brianlowe.smugmug.com/gallery/3460413/1/194481831

Is this because of something have in my css or customization:dunno? I will admitt to being a css noob in advance:bow.

It's not a CSS problem. I looked at the source for that page and one of my own with viewer controlled and I cannot see the #stylebar stuff on your page. There's something going on with that gallery. Here's some things to double check.

Do you have hide owner set on that gallery?

Is customization set to smugmug or "custom"?

Is it part of a sharegroup?

Do you have hide owner set on that gallery? = NO

Is customization set to smugmug or "custom"? = it is set to "custom"

Is it part of a sharegroup?= NO
I have this issue with more than one gallery I was using this one as an example
