Very nice! Your football shots captured some great emotion, especially the two linemen facing each other and the guy on the ground.

Heh, I love the expressions in the 3rd soccer shot! I'm guessing it's a corner kick, but it looks like chaos!

Yes I can use a flash though I let many money shots go for fear of Flashing the players eyes , I have asked if they notice the flash and all have said no
I just am selective especially with pass plays so as not to interfere with a recieve
The Newspaper guys all use them --so there are at least 3 othe rphotographers bside myself flashing away
