Really nice shot, nice action and expression you caught it the very second the action peaked..

I like this. For WP, I might want to see more of the wind up and perhaps a
bit tighter crop.

I like the exposure, the way your subject stands out, the blocking hand and the implied energy.

I don't like that his eyes appear to be closed, that the ball is too close to the edge of the frame, and that the nature of the action is unclear. Of these, the eyes are the biggest issue.

thanks for the comments and tips.much appreciated.action shots are very new to me , well all photography is. in this type of shot there is no wind up.
