I'm trying to set up a new password for September for my site. I've done this monthly since March. I've gone in and customized one gallery, changing the password and hint. Then, at the top of the customize gallery screen, I'm selecting "save settings below as..." and typing in a name (a bunch of names, actually... I've tried many times.) No matter what I do, I'm getting the error "

I'm sure I forgot something or I'm doing something stupid. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Hmmm
Try logging out, clearing all your temp files (cache) in your browser, then logging back in. Try again?

No, sir. I tried that with no luck. This happened to me once before...but I can't remember how I got around it. Any other ideas?

It should be noted that all of the above was tried in Firefox.
I just tried it in EI7. Go to the gallery > CUSTOMIZE > set password and hint > select SAVE SETTINGS BELOW AS "password0907" > hit ENTER.
Different results though... no "authorized" error, so I'm thinking I'm OK with IE. However I then go to bulk settings, and the bulk group that I just saved is not in the drop down list. Me confused.

FYI, Safari gave the same exact results as EI7. I'm out of browsers and ideas. :rofl

And just to be thorough, I just logged in to my work computer to try it from there (again using FF), and I got the "authorized" error.

Looks like I did have this exact issue once before in March, but the workaround that worked for me then doesn't now.

I've seen the settings and saved them as 'password0907' for you.
The problem is us, not you. There is a weird problem where you can not save a quicksetting template when an apostrophe is used in the password hint (Don't ask me why :scratch )
We are aware of it, and it is bugged internally, but it still needs fixing. Sorry for the hassle.

a.) No problem; no hassle.
b.) Thanks so much
c.) I'll avoid the apostrophe!
