Trouble with Smugmug?

Anybody exeriencing trouble with Smugmug this evening...tried uploads twice this evening with negative results.

It's slower than normal. But I've uploaded and displayed shots this evening. Fish noted that it was also slow earlier today.

OK, I'll try it again...I even went down to smaller size files and it was slow as Christmas with negative results...will give it one more shot. Thanks.

Disregard the "negative".....it was just damn slow...they did finally get up there...thanks all.

I think it is speeding up a bit now.Sorry... We've got an issue still with photo uploads when someone rotates a lot of very big images (greater than 20 megapixels), as someone has been doing tonight. The same servers that process the images also process the rotations and since we do very CPU-intenstive lossless rotations, it's tough.

We have a fix in the works.

What in gods name would someone want a 20 meg photo for ? I assumed that for high quality stuff people used raw/tif.
