Two Pics Gone Bad?

85 and 86 of 288 are all weirdered out; please go to the website to have a look:

The photos view as *huge* pics; not as thumbnails. Also, in the order description screen, there is a note that there is a problem with the resolution. But one of them is 2740 by 4110 pixels.

I am trying to do a REPLACE because I fixed two photos that were ordered by my clients in Order Number 372002.
I uploaded the pics into a different gallery just to see if they would display correctly, and they do:

and
http://the-camera-man.smugmug.com/gallery/1712117#191909665
(the 5x7 in the order).

Please replace the pics in the order with the above pics and please make this work. I am at rfduren@msn.com. Please let me know when you get this done. I have never before had this issue.

Great to hear. The replace tool seems to be causing problems. Our team is aware of it. If you replace any images and it looks like this again, let us know. We'll get them straightened out. We hope to have this fixed soon.

Any word on this problem? I'm having the same issue. When I replaced the photo it told me the pic was low res and I know it's not. When it shows in the gallery it showing the high res image.

We know this bug, it was introduced last night and will be fixed soon we promise.

In the meantime - rotate the image left/right will fix the image.

Click on rotate for another image on another page. If you can't do that, write our help desk we'll fix it up.
