Maybe a true photo buff can answer this one? :scratch

How much would this COLORIZED 5x7 pic have cost to do in 1938?
I know it wasn't cheap and was quite RARE!!

Came across this in some old family pics.....cropped edges...resized and cleaned up with Photoshop CS.
(Size you see it on your screen IS the actual size of photo. Rescanned it for myself to print in a 8x10)

Oh yeah....it was on cardboard stock so it had a texture to it.
Used Kodak Digital ROC Plug-in to fix texture and used healing brush for imperfections in pic.
There was a slight loss of sharpness which couldn't be avoided.
How did I do for a PS CS Rookie??? :D :scratch

Your restoration is phenominal, though. And it is so great that you have the photos to restore.

Duhhhhh......I'll ask my Father-In-Law!
He has been a big photography nut for years.
Helps that He is 85yrs old too. :D
