I have been getting help but need whoever else can help me - going nuts here!!!

OK - from the top, my website is www.heatherkphotography.smugmug.com (http://www.heatherkphotography.smugmug.com). I have been working on this thing ALL DAY in between work. Allen has been helping me, but I haven't heard from him in awhile.

The problem is I have been having a hard time with HTML(to say the least) - I dont understand it at all! I got my navbar (created by allen) working for the most part. I am trying to get my galleries in categories so that I can access multiple galleries under one heading. I need someone to either go in and fix it, or create code for me bc I've tried to get it set up right and its not working!

Something else thats going on which I'm sure is a small fix is that I want my whole site to have the "Black Art" theme (it used to before the mods) Right now some pages do, while others have the "smugmug" theme, which shows as mostly black also, but with green highlighted writing, which I don't want.

I also want to get rid of my "your bio" section, and put a slideshow on my homepage. Who can help me with these 'hacks"??? I am trying to be patient but I'm excited to get my page looking beautiful!!! Thanks in advance to anyone who may help!

I'm sure Allen will get back to you when he has time - and he usually seems to spend a great deal of time - every single day - helping people like you and me with our customization:D

Your site has come along well since yesterday and you have some really super pics, they will be what people look at, not the little problems in the design of your site.

It helps/helped me to copy all of the code from my customization to a separate document and then just sit quietly and READ it, try to relate it to the changes that have been made.. Get Firefox and Webdev so you can play around harmlessly making simple changes using the FAQ examples, this may help you to have a better understanding :)

I understand how keen you are to have everything finished and looking 1st class but even Allen needs to sleep or eat sometimes:wink
