So, my lights are in and I partially set them up, since I found out that i need this part (Nikon AS-15 Sync Terminal Adapter (Hot Shoe-PC)) in order to use them ;).
Was overwhelmed at first, but setup wasn't too bad.

Once I get the adaptor in and make some sort of background, I'll practice around with it.

The bees should slave to the flash on your camera so if you have an external flash that you can aim away from your subject, the stobes should go off when your flash does. The hot shoe attachment is easier to use, but slaving them will do in a pinch.
