Sizes other than S,M,L,O?

I may be imaging things but I thought I saw a thread a while ago about how to specify dimensions on a query string so that you could get an image from your SmugMug gallery at any size you want.

I've tried searching and not come up with anything, so if I'm not making this up, can someone let me know how you do it please?

An example showing URLs to pull random images from a gallery with a size specified is in this wiki entry: http://smugmug.jot.com/WikiHome/Feeds/RandomPhotos. Obviously if you have a specific image you would use that as the base of the URL as opposed to the request for a random image, just thought it might be helpful to see the example in the wiki entry.

I use the size= parameter on the url in both my Kaleidoscope page and my Gallery page.
