Logo help

Hi! You guys, especially Allen, helped me get my site where it is now. I have a new logo and want to put it on my site. I have made a gallery and now I am forgetting how to get it on the site. Could someone help me please? I did a search but did not see anything. Thanks so much!

Oh, and I would really like to change the backgrounds to white....can someone help with that too?
