Mitch, I shot this January 9 and must have submitted it within a few days. Got the email yesterday, so that's about 7 weeks after submitting and it will be displayed in a week (8 weeks from submision).

I contacted the sister of my brother-in-law and asked her if she could try. It's her son sitting in the stroller at the bottom with the blue balloon. Her shots needed a lot of edit->transform->distort and crop to get them aligned http://skins.hotbar.com/skins/mailskins/em/020104/020104_emm7_prv.gif

Funny thing about this shot - the moment I clicked the Kodak 'submit' button I regreted it. I love the shot but I figured that's because she's MY daughter. What could others possibly see in the shot? The editors surprised me!

God, Nir. Well, I am glad to hear the story behind that. I have given up submitting. I can't write any more stories. If they didn't like the photo of Bill, and I even told them I liked him, I went that far, told them how I wanted to do something special for him. Now that is a story. I can't think of anymore.

To be truthful, I agree with you on the shower photo. hear me out now, I never would have thought to submit it, but they must be right on with what they choose because it looks fantastic! Just fantastic.

And you did a great job of editing the amateur photos of the photo.

Congrats again. (Maybe I should relook at photos from Thanksgiving and my October visit to my daughter with grandchildren. Wish they had a shower cap on. Whoever it is has to be related to me, I don't have releases.)
