Individual digital sales?

I just got back from a big trip, got my site set up and have had a lot of people look at the photos. One person asked if it was possible for her to purchase individual shots digitally. Is that possible? Arghh, why can't she just order the pics? She said that she prefers to keep her photos digitally because she knows she won't use the hard copies. So maybe I'm asking a technical question as well as looking for advice. If she can't get the individual shots digitally, do I just tell her that the hard copies are the only thing available? We're talking about 1,600 photos total. It was a trip with a group of teens and now parents want copies of photos that their kids didnt take.
