want to remove "clients galleries"

EDIT: I want to remove those actual words, not any galleries.

Also, there are three lines of a box showing up on this page...the fourth (left side) isn't there. I'd rather there not be a box at all. It's a very faint line going around the two pages I have here. Any ideas?
