There are really cool elements in this image, for me they are the textures of the sand and fabulous colors of the aquatic vegetation and rocks. The sky, grass and distant beach detract to some degree from the really draw of this image.

You have captured a gerat scene with all that foreground interest. By the looks of the image I am guessing you are using a wide angle lens? The light is just beautifula and there is just the right ratio of blue sky to land to make the picture work. The sand patterns in the foreground work well with all the stones in the midground as well. Keep up the good work
