Trying to create a Personal Gallery page

I am trying to crete a seperate page housing my personal galleries(password protected). I have created a category called 'Personal' with two subcategories (Family and Friends). I have a link on my navbar called 'Personal Gallery'. How do I set this up so that when I click on the 'Personal Galleries' menu I go to the a page displaying the two sub-categories. From their either sub-category will contain respective galleries.

Select gallery customize on the galleries you want in your new category.
Move them from the category they are in now, to the "personal" category and the family or freinds subcategory.
