Help with navbar, I'm ready to pull my hair out!!!!!!!!

I need help witha drop down navbar. I've searched the threads and have tried following the tutorials but can't seem to get it right. This is the way I want my navbar to look:

Home: No Drop Down
For Sale: No Drop down
Galleries: Travel, sports, Nature, Personal
Personal Galleries:No Drop Down
Now Showing: No Drop Down
Bio: No Drop Down
Guest Book: No Drop Down

It seems like it should be easy but for some reason it is not. Can anyone help me start from scratch?

Thanks for the quick response. I'm not 100% sold on the Carbonite Theme. I was just playing around with different color schemes and themes today. What theme would your drop down menu work with? I will see if I like those. If I decide to switch themes maybe I can come to you for help directly.

Haven't found any others it wouldn't work with yet. If and when you're ready
