Customization Question - Home page text

Thanks to the excellent tutorials and help from this forum I've been able to add a graphic to the top of my home page.
But the text "Alan Kushnir's Photos" still appears on the home page and since its redundant now that I have the graphic, I want that text to go away.
How do I do that? I've looked through the control panel customization options and don't see where that text is controlled.
