These are some shots I came up with today for a challenge called In silhouette.
First I found this old wagon and took a couple of shots at F22.
So far this is it:dunno
The horizion needs a bit of work

I had planed to come back to this spot if the sunset had some color and promise.

In the meantime I went cruz'n and shot this

So the Sun was setting and really showed little or no promise so I headed home and through my rear view mirror the sunset really did not transpire and I thought I had made the right choice.

By the time I got 1 mile from my home IT happened the sunset I wanted with the the old wooden wagon.
Stupid me I should have stuck it out.

Anyhow here is a glimse of the sunset I took from behind my house today.

I can only hope there is a similar one tommorrow. Man I am an idiot.:bash

Wouldn't you consider this last shot has a "predominant colour" to it?

Just my $0.02:wink

But I think I break the no photoshop rule becuase of the crop.
The original has a bit to much neg space IMO.

Maybe I'll work on it and give it a shot anyhow.
Thanks Steve

That first shot has fabulous composition! I so love that silhouette effect! :lust The last pic is simply breathtaking. The sky looks like it's on fire! :huh
