I really like this image. Very strong composition. It looks like you have retained most of the detail in the hillside too.

One thing you may want to try is using the "D-Lighting" tool in Nikon Capture to help bring out some of the detail & color in the hillside. I think you will find some of the sunset colors when you do this.
