Or w4 or whatever it's called? The form I filled out and snail mailed in so that I can receive my profits from my sales?

It is a W-9, and you can email showmethemoney (http://www.smugmug.com/help/reporting) and our Countess of Cash will be happy to confirm for you :thumb
