Nice portrait - we have friends with a very senior female black lab - she recently had some surgeries - cataracts and some other things, and is like a young lady all over again!

Getting details on black fur is difficult. Good job.

I'm really liking this capture.

The title, first of all, lures you into the shot and you immediatly link it to the feeling you get from this pic.

I think the B/W is perfect for this, and the detail of the gray hairs is fabulous!

Nice clarity and contrast! Well done! :thumb

Thnxs Ann this guy has been through the ringer as well. My younger guy skeep him busy but by the end of the day he is spent.

My feelings are too strong to think of an appropriate comment.

A wonderful evocative picture. As an owner of dogs, a life long reader of dog books, it makes me want to cry. The dog himself is probably happy with a touch of your hand.

Thnxs so much ginger I always feel funny posting my dog pics here but this one definately is more than just a dog photo to me..
