Thanks for adding a forum for sports photography. Here's a couple of shots taken a week or so ago at a local Rugby football match. Who needs pads and helmets?

Looks like it was bright mid-day Sun. They are a touch on the bright side, IMO. But still nice captures :nod

I seldom watched rugby, until my daughter started playing it in college. She played all 4 years (her BF still plays). I've been to quite a few matches and have really enjoyed them. It's kind of a cool game to watch. Lots of action and running and hitting. It's such a rough sport it makes American Football look like ice dancing....lol

Thanks for sharing and I'll be looking for more,

Great use of wide angle in that first pic. :thumb Looks like he's coming out of the screen at me.
