I like the color of the first one, but it seems too soft for such a close up.

The second one would probably work better if you played with the curve a little?

I agree, #1's focus is too soft.

#2 is very interesting; one of those "what is it?" shots (I "get" the title though)
the pros can advise on post.

#3... well.... this is just sad. Not the image, the thought! :cry
