I'm new to these challenges, so any input would be great.

Also, how do I make sure that the picture is the right dimensions without using smugmug?

Dunno what software you use, Chris, but you're aiming for 800 pixels on the longest side.

For an attachment, it can be a maximum of 117kb file size. Sometimes 800 pixels is larger than that, depends on the resolution. Adjust resolution till you get as close to 117kb without going over. :D
