Header Stopped Working?

Hello,

I was loading a page today and it seemed to stall during dl'ing. I pressed the shift key and the refresh button and now my header is no longer a transparency. It had been working fine for a week. (http://chrisbazil.smugmug.com)

How does that happen? Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Now that's odd. I checked it with Netscape 6 and it was working. I deleted cookies and rebooted and it now works on Firefox and IE.
