Just a little de-saturation experiment. Not exactly what I was looking for but it's getting close. I need to reshoot the original picture in better light.

Was that you that did the experiment with the textured cloth with your girls?? This fits in well with that theme!

One suggestion that I've used before: add a tiny bit of color to the rest of the photo, desaturate the really over saturated elements slightly and you'll probably have a much more pleasing mix. Reshooting with better light will also help.

But this is really great! I really enjoyed it...
