Cookies and disappearing pix in private galleries

Not sure what is happening. Logged on to my site today from a PC - I went into a private gallery and the following message was there - hadn't seen before

Please enable cookies for this page - here's how.

I put in the password, I clicked on submit - nothings happening - I was allowed into the gallery, but not one photo is showing up.

What's going on???? HELP!

You might have a corrupt Smugmug cookie. Delete the Smugmug cookies
and try again.

please excuse my ignorance - but where do I delete those cookies from - is it from the computer I'm utilizing or within my control panels of smugmug.
