I am in the market for the following services, if the price is right.

The work would include by may not be limited to:

Cleaning up my CSS code.
Clear out old code that's not doing anything any more
Label code with comments and put things in a logical structure
Ensure my site is looking consistent accross all operating systems and all the major browsers.
I'm having problems with fonts in my nav bar in IE6
I'm also having problems with my gallery titles in some browsers
Provide recommendations for site layout and navigability with attention to "stickiness".I really don't know who can do this work or how much it may cost. So I am just looking for ballpark estimates at this point. Each task can be broken into separate services if thats best.

Please send me a private message or an email if you are interested. And note that this REI does not form a contract but may certaintly lead to one!

Thanks,

You're better off, IMO, doing this yourself. You have someone else do it for you, and you'll forever be handicapped by your lack of knowledge about your own site. Take a look at Customizing SmugMug Simplified (sticky in this forum), and ask your questions here. You'll find it's easier than you think, once you understand the concepts. And there's so much help here, for free, you'd be a fool to pass it up, IMO!

If you still decide to hire someone, insist on proper documentation at the end so that you know what was done and you (or someone else) can easily pick up where they left off.
