#2 is great. The symmetry reminds me of pool balls racked up. Was the camera tilt intentional? Just that little bit of tilt adds to the photo. What's the EXIF?

Um, yes? :D
EXIF: Nikon D70 with 70-200/2.8, shutter-priority at 1/320 (and f/6.3), ISO 200, ~100mm focal length, center-weighted meter, no EV comp., RAW file.
Thanks, fellas. More later, maybe.

Love the shots, very fasincating, especially #4 which jumps out at me as one that if converted to B&W could easily be passed for a photo from the 60s or 70s, I think it is the design of the helmut and the 'gray' dirt???
Nice work!

Great shots #1 and#2 for me, maybe if you had got under the raillings if possible that would look good

Exactly. Frame the rider with a section of fencing. One problem: That's really freakin' hard to do. :D

What you would want to do would be to have a slower shutter speed/maybe spot focus on a cerain point and create a sharp rider blurred fence...
From my perspective it just looks like you mistook a shot...
MAybe if you had been a bit higher/looking down it would've worked a bit more, but that fence is hellathick.....(and friggin dangerous considering all the small wiggly bits a bike has vs horse....)

How about a tighter crop on #4 to really see those steely eyes?

I like #1 and #5. The fence shots don't work for me because the fence is
way too much of a distraction.
Nice to see flat track racing for a change. Nice work!

I would say #1 do'es it for me. The fence might work with the rider between the post in a low angle shot but panning that shot would take good timing to pull it off.
