Poster Size!

I Just sold a photo file $$$ for advertising, she wants to do several different things with the photo, but one of them is turning it into a poster! I am not exactly sure of the size she wants, but could someone tell me what size and how many dpi's I should set this at for a large format photo???

It's my first and I'm a little puzzled!:scratch :D
