I just found out from my father that a company he works for has just liscenced one of my photos for an ad campaign they are running. It is a company that makes ruggedized computers and saw my shot that i posted a couple months back called visor and thought it would be perfect. This one.

Kinda cool that I have actually sold a picture. I have wanted to find a way to try, but havent had the time down here. Nice to have it happen without even trying. Hope everyone is doing well.

Glad to hear from everyone who responded. It has been to long. Just an update.. I am now in Kuwait waiting for a flight back to germany. it has been a very very long year and I wanted you all to know that you all helped me very very much with your support and this forum. I just wanted you all to know that the challenges and keeping my mind engaged on photography during the down time this past year help a ton. Thank You again.
Also, does anyone have any idea how much a stock photo normally sells for? This just happened in the last day or two and payment has not been worked out yet. All I know is that they want to liscence the image for at least 6 months. Could anyone give me an idea of what a fair price to ask for this would be? Any info would be a help.
