Reading through a couple of recent threads, it appears that we cannot use email forms on SmugMug?

I want to use Flash FOrms Builder to generate a relatively simple email registration form. It appears to use php. Is this a complete no go?

Is there any "free" way around this? I looked a freed but I can stand another monthly fee.
