Another D70 shooter here... Also have a F717 and a few othere "toys". Andy pointed me in this direction from SonyCams. Looks like it can git busy around here... :huh

Hey Seymore!! Welcome...welcome!... wonderful site here, folks are just as friendly and willing to help here as over at SonyCams...much more diverse due to equipment varieties with lots and lots of talent and knowledge thrown in.......some unbelievable (good) shots being shared here.

Thanks Nir... I luv both my cams. So what are you shooting with?I moved into the digital age with the P5 for a year, then the 717. After about another year I felt it was time for change. I had a difficult 2 months wrestling between the 10D and the 828. Besides the financial side the most dominant factor was size and weight. I decided I preffered the 828 with me everywhere rather than a 10D in a bag with lenses too heavy and cumbersome to take with me at all times. I don't regret that decision although the guys and gals here often make me envious :D
On the other hand, there are shots like yours above, that remind me how beautiful images can indeed be created without a DSLR.
