The Pope recently said that you shouldn't buy expensive cars as
status symbols. I hope someone was kind enough to explain that
a car like that is purchased to be driven and not used as a status
symbol :D

I know nothing about cars (mechanically speaking), but i was always a fast driver. My dear BF affraid to drive with me :rolleyes I have Ferrari picture framed, sitting on my desk. It's nothing but a dream. I know some people keep their toys in the garage for pure value purposes, driving it, is a once in a while thing for them. That's ok. If someone can take me for a ride, i'll be happy! :barb :barb

I deliver auto parts to a dealership that has a bunch of exotic cars and they let me run around the lot and in the garage taking photos of all the cars. They even tell me when the new ones come in.

I love Ferrai's but have you ever seen a yellow one? Personally, I think it's the ugliest color on one they could ever make.

I'll have to look in my computer for the photos if I didn't delete them from disgust.

I personally consider cars to be an incredible waste of money,
but just about everyone needs one to get around.

It's more expensive for me to get Public Transport to work,
than it is to drive and park my own car, it also adds to a much longer
time to get to or from work.

I caught the bus home from work just once and it cost me $5.50 to go just one way.

A Car can get you from A to B and that's all I need it to do,
gosh I hang on to my cars till I can't drive them any more.

Car before this one I had for 18 years, this one is 10 years old this September, and I will be running this one into the ground too :nod

The RED car looks real nice, it's like a Lipstick Red isn't it :thumb

Skippy, my current car is almost 11 year old, i'm about to buy an SUV in novemeber. I know what you mean about cars, they are nothing but a "need" to move. The way they make cars now it's too much, you can almost live in them, with all the gadgets, etc. I wouldn't mind a small car, but i've got to carry my dogs around, i know pathetic, ain't it? :rolleyes
