Yeah, The White Spot! Out Damn Spot, or speak up now and justify yourself.
Good photos,:clap fantastic setting, nice place to live........... look forward to many more sunsets, sunrises, change of seasons, etc.

The spot is a light on a pole between the ridges.

Yup. The colors change alot very quickly. I've found it a challange to position myself where I have a ridge for the sun to fall behind at the right time. Dunno what part of WNC you're in, but Jump Off Rock in H'ville's one of my favorite locations for sunsets.

I love the color in the first one and I love the cloud formations in the last one. The white spot is just a sign of life intruding on nature. :D
