I am not good with a flash at all and am just learning how to convert to BW digitally. I would love advice on how to use my flash better and my conversion(skin tone,curves...etc...) Thnxs in advance..

i think the exposure is great... and the subjects and expression are priceless! this is a great shot :clap :clap
browse the photoshop forum, and the hall of wisdom, there are numerous threads on bw conversion techniques. but i like what you've done here :deal

I agree with everyone else, SUPER JOB!!! :thumb :thumb
The exposure is about as good as you can get and still get her bright face and the dark doggie face exposed well. Ya done good :clap
The pose is priceless too. The ditzy dog just wanting to show some doggie affection and the girl looks like she's thinking "ewwwwwwww he just licked my face" :rofl :lol :lol4
Definitely a keeper and a good job on the B&W conversion :D
