I ordered one of my own prints a couple weeks ago (great speedy delivery by the way guys:thumb ) BUT I wasn't satisfied with the results. The image was alot darker, and softer than what I uploaded. It's partially my fault for not doing a soft proof on it. It was a dark pink carnation. Today, I was shooting some red nailpolish, and when I went to soft prrof it, the red became dull, rather than the bold bright red I shot. So I tried adjust the file, and proofing again, to no avail. It works well with almost every other shot I take, but it's killing the varients of red if they are predominant in the shot. What can I do to get around this? The image in question is the pink carnation in THIS (http://photoflections.smugmug.com/gallery/376674) gallery. The highlights were totally eliminated in the print, and the pinks were all darkened.
