ah foiled - upload not werking

once in a while i've had a minor issue of uploads failing, but now i can't get it to werk at all!

the java one came back with socket errors, the drag n drop one just kept failing, and the normal upload one comes back connection reset while loading page.

my connection is fine, i can browse at normal speeds.

Hi, your speed is fine, it's the sustainability of the connection that's causing a problem :(

Let's try a few things:

1) please do a traceroute from you to www.smugmug.com - holler if you need instructions.

2) before that, try unplugging completely your router and your modem, wait a 1/2 minute, and plug them back in.

if it persists, write us at the help desk, we'll continue to troubleshoot more there.
