Nicely done. I think the shot would have more impact if you did a couple of things:

1. Crop some of the empty space top and bottom. Focus in on that bolt.

2. Push the colors a little further and/or increase the contrast/highlights. That will get more drama into the sky.

I think the most interesting lightning shots have something of interest aside from the lightning. In this shot, the lightning's nicely done, but there's nothing else to look at.
