Ricky, and I went cruising last night, it was really warm night. As we were driving Ricky said Bufos! As he stopped, he said is that a Spade foot? I jumped out, and said NO! They are Red-legged Frogs! We found 8 adult Red-legged frogs, within a 20 foot area, all heading in the same direction. It was sure one of my more interesting finds this year.

Now for a few snakes. We seen 2 adult Cal Kings which would not sit still for anything, so they went unphotographed, found a few Gophersnakes also unphotographed (Wish I did now http://www.fieldherpforum.com/forum/images/smiles/doh.gif ), and also seen some Nor Pac Rattlesnakes.

That Oreganus must have been clipped by a car, or tossed some how, not sure what happened, I should have bagged it, and seen if it was strong enough to live a healthy wild life.

Nice little Nor Pac which was the smallest of the night, looked like it could have used a meal or two.
