I hope I'm posting this in the right area (sorry if not) But I have a question about some pictures I've taken. I've taken a lot of pictures of kids interacting with my dogs through my fenced in yard. My yard is alongside a recreation field for soccer, baseball, football. The kids love to stop over and play with my dogs and all are on the other side of my fence. I don't have parental permission so I was just wondering what is the law (?) about using these? Thanks in advance.

Please expound on how you want to "use" them.....I do think this will be a huge help for us to give you feedback......as it seems it is a "public" sports field and of course your shooting thru YOUR own private property...... and if they are right next to your fence that couod be considered your right of way also (depending on who has to take of cutting the grass and so on)

Well I would like to #1 post them on public forums and #2 possibly use them for a pet greeting card company (which I would get paid)
You are exactly right about my fence, my yard, my dogs but I don't want to have some parent come back and say "hey you took a picture of my kid" blah blah blah. Would this just be considered street shots?
Any help would be great.

From all I've read online (which means this is from hearsay & take it with a grain of salt, talk to a real lawyer, yadda, yadda), #1 should be ok but #2 I would expect requires a signed release.

Thanks so much. I just typed up a release form and will take a few with me when shooting.
