Hi-

I'm an old fashioned professional photographer who has provided proof books and processed print orders on my own. I'm keenly interested in smugmug as it would simplify the process. Historically I've provided traditional packages to my customers and with those I provide a credit toward prints instead of a fixed set of prints at a given resolution. I've had considerable success with this route as almost all of my customers purchase more than the credit. So, my question is, can this be done with smugmug, and if so, what is the process?

Many thanks.

Hi, welcome :) You can do this, you charge the customer and then you place the orders for them from your own site. We drop ship to the customer.

Holler with any more questions!
